Natural disasters around the world, policy violations, Internet wide problems and or law/government reasons may impair Internet access to your service and might be outside of our control. For example, if China decides to censor your web site within their territory due to your web site's content, there isn't much we can do about that.

ServerPoint.com guarantees that our data center facility will have spare parts for every piece of hardware that we use at all times, allowing us to easily replace any failed part.

Whenever our team identifies a non-hard disk problem in a server, your disk will be transferred over to a new server of the same, or higher specs, allowing your business to come back online quickly. Time frame for this is guaranteed to be under an hour.

In case of disk failure, we guarantee delivery of a new server with a new operating system within two hours. Please do regular backups of your data!

For our shared web hosting service, we guarantee to stop adding clients to a web hosting server once it reaches 25-35% of the average capacity of either CPU, RAM or disk I/O resources.
