Occasionally, the unthinkable happens: one of our clients loses his or her data. Why? Because there was no backup plan in place. Data was never backed up. They thought a hard disk would never fail. Or accidentally deleted a file they shouldn’t have.
Please backup your files regularly!
If you have dedicated hosting service, please make sure you sign up for our backup service, powered by R1Soft. For Cloud+ virtual private hosting service, please make sure you enable snapshots on your virtual machine!
And even with those backup services enabled, please also keep your own backups. It’s not safe to have all of your data in one place!
