Dedicated/Virtual Server Support Level 3

This position requires a high level of knowledge in Linux and control panel software. We are proud of the technical support we provide and being able to solve just about all problems our customers have. Thus, anyone on this position must be able to resolve just about any problem in Linux and control panels such as Plesk and cPanel.

Expertise requirements:

We are looking for someone that will help us write documentation for our technical support department.

Besides providing technical support to clients, you will be in charge of an internal Wiki where you will document solutions to problems. You will be helping customers, and at the same time, you will evaluate all support tickets being handled during the day and create documentation based on the problems found. You will also be in charge of filling up our knowledge base so that our clients can search for solutions without having to contact technical support.

Your job is to make it easier for clients to find information, and, for our technical support staff to find solutions.

You will also be in charge of maintaining a blog for our web site, and, writing articles for our web site (for example, an article comparing forum scripts). Which means you must have basic HTML skills (pure HTML, not using some "web editor").
