Indeed, I have been with you since 2004, and I do appreciate the new box, but the ServerPoint network was down for about an hour today (at least the router hosting my box's IP: 72.18.195.100). In fact, it's still down, so an hour and counting, but it was up a few minutes ago.
The web chat person told me that the problem was high traffic levels and that you guys were working on it, but I'm sure you can appreciate that I need a more cohesive answer. If that's true, I'd like to know what steps are been taken to mitigate the problem in the future.
Some updates on the forum would be much appreciated by your customers, especially when you offer a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
