Recommended specifications
For Windows Server 2025, we recommend:
- RAM: 4 GB minimum (more for heavier workloads)
- Disk space: 50 GB minimum

VirtIO drivers pre-installed
Every Windows template includes VirtIO drivers already built in. VirtIO provides paravirtualized I/O for disk and network operations, delivering near-native performance instead of the overhead of fully emulated hardware.
You don’t need to install anything - the drivers are already configured and working from the moment your VPS is deployed.
Hyper-V enlightenments enabled
Our KVM hypervisor is configured with Hyper-V enlightenments, a set of optimizations that help Windows run more efficiently in virtualized environments. These enlightenments allow Windows to communicate more directly with the hypervisor, reducing overhead and improving performance for:
- Timer synchronization
- Memory management
- Interrupt handling
- Spinlock optimization
The result is a Windows VPS that performs closer to bare metal than a standard virtualized setup.
Virtual TPM included
Every Windows Server 2025 VPS includes a virtual TPM (Trusted Platform Module) hardware key. TPM is required for many Windows security features including:
- BitLocker drive encryption
- Windows Hello for Business
- Credential Guard
- Device health attestation
With virtual TPM enabled by default, you can use these security features without any additional configuration.

Better container support
Run Windows containers with improved performance and compatibility. Windows Server 2025 continues Microsoft’s investment in containerization for Windows workloads.
Proper Microsoft licensing included
