Surveys and Contests Terms and Conditions
About this policy: This policy is provided by A+ Hosting Inc., a Nevada corporation, and applies to all services purchased through any of our three brand websites: APlusHosting.com, ServerPoint.com, and ColossusCloud.com. The terms below apply identically regardless of which brand website you signed up through. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this document mean A+ Hosting Inc.
From time to time, A+ Hosting Inc. may conduct surveys of our customers or hold contests, sweepstakes, and similar promotions. Participation is at all times voluntary. This policy describes the terms and conditions that apply to participation in any A+ Hosting Inc. survey or contest. All references to "we", "us", "our", or "Sponsor" in this policy include A+ Hosting Inc. and its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives.
1. Survey entries
Unless otherwise stated in the specific survey or contest rules, entries are limited to those who have received the specific invitation directly from us, with one entry per person.
2. Coupons and gifts
We may, at our sole discretion, offer incentives in exchange for feedback, including coupons or thank-you gifts. These items are non-transferable, and no substitution is allowed.
3. Contests and prizes
We may, at our sole discretion, offer the chance to win a prize based on a competition or random drawing. Where prizes are competition-based, participants agree and acknowledge that the determination of the winner is made solely by us, unless otherwise stated. Winner announcements will follow the timelines stated within the specific contest rules. A+ Hosting Inc. employees and independent contractors are not eligible for prize-based competitions or drawings.
4. Use of survey feedback
Unless otherwise stated, feedback submitted through surveys may be used for internal purposes, and the results may be anonymized and shared publicly. Participants agree that their feedback may be used by us in either manner.
5. Participant obligations
Money transfer or prepaid card prizes. Where a prize involves a money transfer or prepaid card, it is the winner's responsibility to provide the details we require (such as a mailing address) so that the prize can be delivered. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Void where prohibited. Some jurisdictions prohibit contests and drawings. By participating in any survey that includes a contest or drawing, participants attest that it is legal for them to do so in their jurisdiction.
Release and waiver. By participating in any A+ Hosting Inc. contest, you agree to release, discharge, and hold A+ Hosting Inc. harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, injuries, or damages associated with participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize received. By participating, you waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys' fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to participate.
6. Additional rules
Right to terminate. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or amend any survey or contest, without notice and for any reason, including where we determine that the contest cannot be conducted as planned or where a virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, or other cause corrupts the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the contest.
Right to void entries. We reserve the right to void entries that are suspect, or in the event of tampering or unauthorized intervention.
No liability for errors or omissions. We are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of a survey or contest, including errors in any printing or posting, the selection or announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. We are also not responsible for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, failure or malfunction of any network, computer equipment, or software, or any inability to submit an entry for any reason.
7. Modifications
A+ Hosting Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Modifications take effect immediately upon posting to this website.
