We released the fifth major version of our Client Portal. It was about a year in the making, and it gives you one place to manage everything: VPS hosting, dedicated servers, billing, and support tickets.
What you can do in the portal
The Client Portal handles the full lifecycle of your servers:
- Deploy new Linux VPS or Windows VPS instances in any of our six data centers
- Resize your VPS to a larger or smaller plan
- Reboot, shut down, and reinstall servers
- Access the VNC console for troubleshooting boot issues
- Manage backups and snapshots
- Open and track support tickets
- View and manage dedicated server configurations
Everything is in one interface instead of bouncing between separate dashboards for VPS and dedicated.
What changed from v4
The layout is cleaner, navigation is faster, and we reworked the internals so we can ship new features and fixes more quickly. The deployment flow is simplified: choose your OS, data center, and plan size, and your virtual server is ready in minutes.
We also improved the ticket system to make communication with our support team faster and more organized.
