This California Privacy Rights Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to California residents. It describes how A+ Hosting Inc. DBA ServerPoint.com ("ServerPoint", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

When you submit a request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. This typically involves:

- For requests for specific pieces of personal information, requiring a signed declaration under penalty of perjury
Response Timing
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We may take up to an additional 45 days if reasonably necessary.

We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for the retention or sale of personal information.
9. Minors Under 16
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 16 years of age. We do not sell or share personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
10. Do Not Track

11. California "Shine the Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
